Routine To Stay Motivated and Lose Weight
First of all I would like to tell you my story, as well as you, I also spent hours wasting time in very unproductive activities, day by day spent hours and hours surfing the Internet without doing anything creative or productive, you get the day when you increase a lot of weight , at the worst of my time I managed to hit a weight of 250 lbs, at that time I felt without energy and wanted to do absolutely nothing, the time came when I started to get sick and I ended up in the hospital with chest pains , it was at that moment when I realized that I had to change something and stopped wasting time and my life.
Now, a bit of history about me, when I was younger I was involved in many sports, I loved lifting weights and doing all kinds of activities like boxing and wrestling, the time came when I started to work and I forget about sports , I got so tired and when I got back home that the only thing I wanted to do was eat, watch TV and surf the Internet.
The worst of all is that over time, it is more difficult to lose weight and motivate you because your metabolism will slow down and you will have less energy, so I realized that it is time to take action and start some kind of routine to lose weight and achieve more energy.
That is the goal of this site, help you have more energy and teach you how to lose weight and how to get in shape, here I will share the strategies and how I managed to have a routine that allows me to invest time in my health and well being.
